In 2016, I was asked to meet Gaga at the studio to work with her and her band for what was only initially supposed to be a few days. That first session turned into two years of constant work, which ultimately became the soundtrack for A Star Is Born. I could have never predicted how this project and producing songs like Shallow would change my life. I am forever grateful to Gaga and Bradley Cooper for the close relationship we shared making this beautiful album.
